   Lol! You never know what the photo of the day will be. Have you seen the Mountain Dew that has Advocare’s Spark in it?

       Advocare is a company that has been around selling nutrition for a very long time and Spark is a pick-me-up powder you mix in water. Has lots of B vitamins plus a good dose of caffeine. 🙂
